The WOA Board of Directors wants to welcome everyone to our website.
Payment of Dues:
Just a reminder. Dues are $150.
Extend the deadline for dues to May 1st.
Cash will not be accepted.
All check or money order payments must be mailed to: WOA, PO Box 1504, Southaven, MS 38671.
Late fees of $50 will be assessed after May 2nd.
If a payment has not been received by May 30th, the account will be turned over to collections.
Beautification Note:
When you mow your lawns, do not discharge the clippings onto the street. If you do, please blow the clippings back into the yard. These clippings eventually wash into the storm water drains and could lead to clogging them up.
When you put your trash out on trash day, check the street, curb and storm drain next to your property. If you see any trash, pick it up and put it in your trash can. If everyone works together, we can have a very clean neighborhood.
NOTE:
The lake that sits next to Trafalgar Drive is not part of the Worthington Owners Association. It is private property. The vacant property east of the lake is also private property and is not a part of WOA
COVENANT CLARIFICATION
Trash day is Thursday unless it is a holiday week. (The trash pickup schedule is listed in the website.) Trash containers can be placed on the curb after 6 pm on Wednesday or the day before, if it is a holiday week. This policy also goes for any rubbish or bags of rubbish.
