The Worthington Owners Association (WOA) is a lot owners’ association as opposed to a homeowners’ association. The development started with many lots which have had homes been built on them over the years.
An Owners’ Association is run by a board of directors who are elected annually by lot owners to oversee the common assets of a property/area, manage its finances, run business affairs, set and enforce rules as specified in the covenants and addenda.
